- Define your search:
How many bedrooms? Approximately how many square meters would you like to live in? How many bathrooms? What's your ideal area? Estimated budget?

Proposal and personalized advice:
The AB STUDENTS team will send you various personalized proposals that best fit your search and will advise you throughout the process.
- Creating a WhatsApp group :
The AB STUDENTS team will create a WhatsApp group to confirm your reservation, send documentation, and provide support regarding the apartment during your stay.
- Reservation payment:
Reservation conditions for each apartment may vary. Initial reservations are made with two (2) payments: the first is the refundable security deposit, which covers possible damages to the property, and the AB STUDENTS reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, or we can facilitate this by creating a payment link.
- Sending documentation and information:
You must send the documentation as complete as possible:
- Passport
- University Approval Letter or reason for your stay in Madrid
- Residential address
- Email
- Phone

Signing of contract:
Once either payment (deposit or reservation) has been made, the contract will be signed. If you have any questions, we will clarify them.
- Once the reservation is made, payment is non-refundable, as the property is held for you.
- In the event of a cancellation with a duly justified reason and at least two months prior to check-in, a 50% refund of the reservation payment may be assessed.
