Can I have a video call with you?
Of course!
We'd love to get to know you better. You can schedule a video call with any member of our team or visit us at our office in Madrid.
Can I visit the properties?
Of course!
If the property is available or the current tenants allow it, we'd be happy to show you around, either in person or via video call. And if you can't visit, don't worry: we guarantee the property will be just as you see it in the photos. Plus, our team will make sure everything is in perfect condition before your arrival.
Who will I share a flat with if I choose a room?
You will have the opportunity to live with tenants of various ages and nationalities.
It's a great way to make new friends and learn about different cultures!
When should I make my reservation payments?
Payment schedules may vary by property, but you can make your rent payment during the first 5 days of each month.
What is a security deposit?
The security deposit is an amount paid when you finalize your reservation. Its purpose is to ensure compliance with the terms of the contract and to cover possible damages due to misuse.
This amount will be refunded as long as the property is in the same condition as when you received it.
What payment methods are available for AB Students?
We accept VISA/MasterCard credit and debit cards, although please note that there is a 3% surcharge. You can also opt for bank transfer or use our payment link.

Can I change the dates of my contract?
Yes! You can extend your check-out date, just let us know one month in advance. Your check-in date will depend on property availability, but we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How will check-in at the property be?
Our check-in hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside these hours, an additional fee will be charged before arrival.
Please note that we cannot change your check-in time within 24 hours of your arrival.
Do I have to pay for utilities in addition to the rental price?
Most of our apartments include utility bills, including water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi, up to a maximum limit to prevent excessive consumption.
We recommend checking your contract to see what's included. If you exceed the limit, we'll let you know so you can pay the difference.
Is cleaning included?
Some of our properties include complimentary cleanings in the rate. Additionally, if you wish, you can request additional cleaning services with linen replacement.

Are parties allowed?
Parties are prohibited to maintain peace and respect for the community. However, you can have visitors or have dinner with friends! Just remember to respect the community's rest hours, which generally begin after 10:00 PM.
In the Community of Madrid, in residential areas, the noise limit for apartments is 35 decibels (dBA) during the day and 30 dBA at night. In bedrooms, the limit is 30 dBA during the day and 25 dBA at night.
